Neel Mehta
Leslie Echols serves as a senior business development manager at Raytheon and focuses on the departments of Justice and Homeland Security.
She joined Raytheon in March after nearly two years at management consulting firm B3 Solutions.
Echols was director of business development at B3 and served in the same capacity at Systems and Software Consortium and BAE Systems.
She spent five years as an account manager at Northrop Grumman, where she helped oversee marketing and business capture management operations for the company.
Echols also currently serves as a consultant to the Washington D.C. chapter of the Training Resilient Youth program that provides training and mentoring support for young individuals.
Echols graduated from the University of Maryland with a master’s degree in business and public relations.
