ICF International has received a $21.5 million contract to design and administer surveys in support of the Internal Revenue Service’s effort to gauge the service satisfaction of customers.
ICF professionals will work to analyze survey data and yield reports as part of IRS’ preparation for its annual customer satisfaction report to Congress, ICF said Tuesday.
The blanket purchase agreement contains a one-year base period and four option years.
“Like many federal agencies, the IRS has experienced continued reductions in its budget appropriations making it increasingly challenging for the agency to balance its service and enforcement roles,†said Larry Luskin, vice president for ICF International.
“We are pleased the IRS has selected ICF to continue collecting reliable data and pinpointing service improvements to preserve this delicate balance and the trust of the American people,†added Luskin.
