ICF International has been awarded a $7.1 million contract to develop and maintain the systems used for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s fellowship activities.
The company will assist in the delivery of scientific education and professional development systems to public health communities worldwide, ICF said Wednesday.
The contract contains a one-year base period and three option years.
“We help [Department of Health and Human Services clients] determine what information they need, and what impact the collected information will have on decision making by employing our health informatics delivery model,” said Mary Whitley, senior vice president for ICF International.
ICF will handle the fellowship management, training and continuing education online systems.
