Ray Johnson, a former senior vice president and chief technology officer of Lockheed Martin, has joined the board of directors at United Sciences.
Johnson retired from Lockheed in February after nine years at that company, United Sciences said Monday.
United Sciences develops three-dimensional hole scanning and imaging services.
“Ray brings deep insight and experience into the technology and the strategic needs of our customers and we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Johnson to our team,” said Sam Kellett Jr., CEO of United Sciences.
United Sciences also appointed as board members Adam Clammer, former head of technology investing at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., and Tom Harbin, founder of Source Capital.
