N2grate, a cloud-based server hosting firm founded in 2010, is ranked No. 1 on Washington Technology’s 2015 Fast 50 list of companies that have seen accelerated growth over the past year, the publication reported Tuesday.
Mark Hoover writes n2grate generated revenues of $28.5 million in fiscal 2014 at a compound annual growth rate of 292.57 percent.
Steve Halligan, president and chief operations officer of n2grate, co-founded the company with former federal judge and current company vice president Jack Farley, the report said.
Halligan noted the company — which provides cloud integration, IT infrastructure and data center services to federal agencies — works to establish a business approach that focuses growth in the civilian market.
Hoover reports that n2grate’s current customers include the departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and Homeland Security.
“[With] focus comes results,” Halligan told Washington Technology.
“But until you really focus, I don’t think you’ll see the growth or hit expectations.”
