Michelle Quadt works as a public-sector client development adviser within the global infrastructure practice of McKinsey & Company, a management consulting company based in New York.
She is a strategy development professional and has more than 15 years of experience working on strategic initiatives in both the private and public sectors.
Before joining McKinsey in May 2014, she was an independent consultant with Zofia Consulting, vice president for the federal sector and mid-Atlantic region at GCR and a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Quadt has earned a master’s degree in international economics and relations at Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
