Oracle has introduced new cloud-based retail science and retail analytics services in an effort to help retailers extract insights from data.
Retail organizations will be able to allocate product sale in multiple stores and oversee the way products are displayed, marketed and priced, Oracle said Wednesday.
“Oracle retail science cloud services and retail insights cloud services create an opportunity for retailers to gain deeper insight to their customers’ unique preferences and buying patterns,†said Jill Puleri, senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Retail.
The retail science cloud services comprise various components such as clustering, decision trees, retail assortment and insights.
Clients can also customize their reports and deploy the service in mobile platforms, Oracle says.
