Cylance has been authorized as a federal cloud systems inspection body and holds the status of third-party assessment organization for the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, or FedRAMP.
Cylance obtained the accreditation from the American Association for Laboratory after a demonstration of the company’s technical compliance for FedRAMP, Cylance said Monday.
“We are proud to have achieved this level of certification and to be a part of the FedRAMP program,†said Corey White, vice president of professional services at Cylance.
“As our enemies become increasingly more aggressive and sophisticated, the ability to understand and address risk with a common language and unified approach is critical,†White added.
Irvine, Calif.-based Cylance provides penetration testing, incident response, compromise assessments and custom services to clients for cybersecurity through the use of artificial intelligence, algorithmic science and machine learning technologies and techniques.
