Raytheon has tapped Duos Technologies to supply a railway undercarriage screening system for the Transportation Security Administration’s intermodal security modernization programs at several transportation focal points in the U.S.
The Information Systems Associates subsidiary will deliver the company’s vehicle undercarriage examiner vue system to be deployed at a test site within the Amtrak Rail system, ISA said Tuesday.
“Our vehicle undercarriage examiner vue system has demonstrated the ability to meet the demands that address sophisticated and complex threats,” said Felix Krupczynski, executive vice president and general manager for ISA Duos Technologies.
Duos Technology offers the vue system under its railcar inspection portal technology suite that is designed to process and evaluate data from various sensor technologies using analytical algorithms.
