Michael P. Kelliher serves as vice president for Department of Defense Enterprise Solutions at TAPE.
He oversees the company’s accounts in research, development, test and evaluation, information technology, training, education and cybersecurity.
A retired colonel of the U.S. Army, Kelliher previously worked as a principal program analyst at JB&A Inc., where he was in charge of managing over $15 million worth of contracts with the U.S. Department of Justice.
During his 26-year tenure in the U.S. Army, he managed the military branch’s $13 billion annual training program as assistant deputy director for training.
He also served as a Paladin battalion commander in Fort Carson, Colorado and senior fire support trainer at the Hofenhels, Germany-based Combat Maneuver Training Center.
Kelliher earned his master’s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Norwich University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma.
