An AM General subsidiary has partnered with Master’s Transportation to offer federal agencies a mobility vehicle platform designed to transport disabled passengers.
The Mobility Ventures-built MV-1 vehicle has been added to a U.S. General Services Administration Schedule contract held by Master’s Transportation, AM General said Wednesday.
MV-1s are designed to accommodate up to two wheelchair users and run on either standard gasoline or compressed natural gas.
Mobility Ventures sells the platform through a network of more than 115 U.S. and international dealerships.
The company will work with Master’s Transportation to deliver MV-1s to government customers and provide after-sales customer services.
