Chris Braccio serves as vice president for human resources at American Systems, with responsibility for the alignment of human talent with the company’s overall strategy.
Braccio oversees American Systems’ talent management, compensation, benefits, HR information systems, community affairs and charitable programs.
She also serves on American Systems’ ethics and employee stock ownership plan employee education committees.
The 25-year HR veteran previously held senior positions at World Kitchen, StarBand Communications, Sunrise Assisted Living, GTE (now Verizon), Contel, Eaton and National Semiconductor before she joined American Systems in 2007.
Braccio is a member of the Washington Technical Personnel Forum, WorldatWork, National Association of Professional Women and the Society for Human Resource Management.
She also served on the boards of Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association for 10 years, including as a committee member for the Human Resource Association of the national capital area.
Braccio holds a master’s degree in HR management from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Connecticut.
