Northrop Grumman has partnered with Center Centre, a Tennessee-based school, to bolster the user experience professional field through mentorship, talent development and innovation.
Northrop said Tuesday it will mentor participating Center Centre students and provide them opportunities to network, contribute to real-world projects, and join workshops and internship programs.
“UX is a key technology focus at Northrop Grumman,” said Neil Siegel, vice president and chief technology officer at Northrop’s information systems business.
“We look forward to this collaboration and the opportunity to participate in improving the students’ UX skills.”
The company said it utilizes UX design technology in product development to address customer needs.
Center Centre is the first ever UX design school, Northrop noted.
