Neel Mehta
Rob Davies is vice president of capacity services at ViON and is a 20-year veteran of the federal and commercial information technology industries.
He previously served as VP of U.S. public sector services at CA Technologies, which he joined in 2011 following its acquisition of Base Technologies.
Prior to the acquisition, Davies held the role of chief executive officer and president at Base Technologies and led the company’s negotiations and eventual business integration with CA.
Davies was a finalist in the 2012 GOVstar SmartCEO awards.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in International Economics and Law from the American University.
