BANC3 has secured $35 million in contract funds to help the U.S. Army research, develop and engineer mission-based systems for military personnel.
The technology firm said Monday it will work with the Army’s Research, Development and Engineering Command to build imaging sensors, microdisplays, advanced optical materials, lasers, digital image processors and related software programs.
The Army also asked the company to help the military service manage C4ISR platforms and maintain infrastructure designed to assist warfighters.
BANC3 will support the branch’s Common Operating Environment, Data to Decisions, Warfighter Information Network-Tactical, Mission Command on the Move, Energy Informed Operations and Assured Position, Navigation and Timing systems.
Princeton, New Jersey-based BANC3 offers product development, engineering, system integration, rapid prototyping services to military organizations.
