ICF International will continue to administer reimbursement claims from storage and heating oil tank operators in Pennsylvania under a $14.5 million re-compete contract.
The payments for the owners of regulated underground storage tanks and designated non-regulated commercial heating oil tanks will be collected through the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund, ICF said Tuesday.
The contract with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department’s Bureau of Special Funds contains a term of five years with five additional one-year options.
“For more than 20 years, ICF has supported the Commonwealth in its efforts to protect the environment and public health in Pennsylvania through cleanup of petroleum and other fuel leaks,” said David Bauer, senior vice president for ICF International.
