Neel Mehta
John George serves as senior vice president and chief information officer at ICF International, which he joined in 2012 from a prior role at Vangent as chief information and innovation officer.
At Vangent, he led the implementation of technology the company used for customer-facing and internal systems.
His private sector career includes technical and management positions at AT&T and Oracle, while his previous government service roles include chief engineer for the Department of the Navy’s information program office, as well as positions at the Naval Air Systems Command and Naval Air Warfare Center.
George received the Tech Council of Maryland CIO/CTO of the Year award in 2008 and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech.
