The U.S. Air Force operated its military-code GPS signal in a jamming environment by using a Raytheon-designed receiver as the branch sought to test navigation and jamming levels.
Raytheon’s Miniaturized Airborne GPS Receiver 2000 carried out satellite tracking and navigation functions during the exercise at White Sands Missile Range, the company said Wednesday.
Testing work occurred during the NAVFEST event at the range as the company aimed to show how its M-code receiver card can be integrated into the MAGR2K system.
