Randall Male, formerly president of REM Energy, has joined Bostonia Partners LLC as a managing director of its renewable energy sector.
He will be based in the firm’s Boston office and oversee Bostonia’s renewable energy investment practice and financing services development, Bostonia said Thursday.
The 25-year veteran finance executive previously served as director of strategic planning and business development of the former AlliedSignal, now Honeywell.
Male was also the former chief financial officer and co-founder of RSE Wind, where he was responsible for the sale of the company’s 600-megawatt development portfolio.
He led Citizens Energy’s renewable energy development, financing and strategic partnering programs for the Eastern U.S. regioon and Canada prior to his role at REM Energy, where he was responsible for that firm’s strategic and financial consulting services to the wind energy sector.
