William Aubin has joined CounterTack as its new vice president of federal sales where he will handle the company’s federal sales strategy during its expansion into federal organizations.
Aubin, an 18-year veteran in the federal and commercial sales and security industry, joins the company from Imperva, CounterTack announced Monday.
During his time at Imperva, a provider of firewall, database firewall and cloud security, Aubin helped the company increase its revenue more than 400% from 2011 to 2012.
“Aubin brings tremendous experience to the company to help us drive business within the federal market and deliver our leading technology to the largest defense and civilian agencies,†said Kirk Appelman, CounterTack senior vice president of sales.
“As we continue to advance our endpoint security solutions, this sector stands to benefit greatly from unprecedented visibility into advanced attacks,” he added.
