Dexter Conrad Named Intelligent Decisions’ BD Manager for Training and Simulation; Clarence Pape Comments

Dexter Conrad has been appointed business development manager for training and simulation at Intelligent Decisions, the company said Monday.

The more than 20-year military and industry veteran has held senior management roles at L-3 Communications and Engility Corp.

“Dexter’s experience will allow ID to better prepare our military for the situations they will encounter in theater and will help us identify new opportunities in the training and simulation space,” said Clarence Pape, vice president of training and simulation at Intelligent Decisions.

“Last year we expanded our training and simulation practice by opening a new office in Orlando and we will continue this growth with Dexter’s addition to our team,” Pape added.

During his time in the Marine Corps, Conrad served as a national leadership instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy.

“I look forward to addressing the training needs I’ve seen in my past experience as a Marine Corps instructor in my role at ID,” said Conrad.
