CGI has completed work to help implement launch of a human resource management system for Los Angeles County, Calif. in order to finish an enterprise resource planning modernization project.
The final phase of work involved integration with the payroll management system of the CGI Advantage ERP platform to upgrade from the previous system and support more than 100,000 county employees, the company said Friday.
“County leaders and project managers are committed to processes and practices that result in the effective deployment of systems and technologies that support the public interest,” said Dave Delgado, a senior vice president at CGI.
CGI has partnered with the county, the largest employer in Southern California, to test new system as part of the multi-phased ERP upgrade.
