Serco Inc. will help theÂ U.S. Marine CorpsÂ holdÂ warfightingÂ seminars, combat rehearsals and simulationsÂ under a potentialÂ $18 million training systems support contract.
The company will deliver support for the Combat Instructor School, collaborative tools, web development, command-and-control systems and training, Serco said Friday.
“The Marines mission is critical to our national security and we are proud to support them on this effort,” saidÂ Dan Allen, Serco Inc. chairman and CEO.
The contract has a one-year base period of performance with one six-month option for work to support theÂ Marine Air Ground Task Force’s staff training program division.
Serco helps carry out an existing training and simulation program at theÂ U.S. Army Maneuver Center of Excellence inÂ Fort Benning, Ga.
