Stephanie Payne has been appointed to serve as the director of human resources for the aerospace group at Eaton.
Payne will report directly to Nate Manning, vice president and general manager of Eaton’s fluid and electrical distribution division, the company announced Tuesday.
“Stephanie’s experience in compensation, employee relations and recruitment combined with her human resources generalist background make her a well-rounded HR leader,†said Manning.
Most recently the company’s human resources manager for the golf grip division, Payne joined Eaton in 2002 and has served in other HR leadership positions since.
