CACI International has won prime position on a $497 million U.S. Army multiple-award contract for communications and networking services.
The service’s Communications-Electronic Research, Development and Engineering Center awarded the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a three-year base period and two option years in the second quarter of its fiscal year 2014, the company said Monday.
“This new work in communications and networking services position us to expand our business in our high-volume C4ISR market area,” said John Mengucci, CACI chief operating officer and U.S. operations president.
Under the deal, CACI will provide research, development and evaluation support for CERDEC’s Space and Terrestrial Communications Directorate in the areas of antennas, system engineering, satellite communication, cybersecurity and communications networks.
