Booz Allen Hamilton‘s Cyber University Program has been selected as the recipient of Training Magazine’s Outstanding Training Initiative of 2013.
A 14-member Training Hall of Fame panel and the magazine’s editors voted on the award, Booz Allen announced Tuesday.
The Cyber University provides virtual and informal training and development opportunities to Booz Allen employees.
“As the highest scoring Hall of Fame Outstanding Training Initiative submitted, Booz Allen Hamilton’s Cyber University impressively addressed the need for a wide range of learning content across cyber security and technical capabilities and enabled programs to identify and utilize staff to their highest potential,” said Lori Freifeld, Training editor-in-chief.
Cyber University is intended to leverage internal development and industry partnerships with instructor-led training, core certifications, online learning, academic programs, functional resources and experiential learning activities.
