Tim Zuber has been appointed U.S. partner-in-charge of knowledge and collaboration management at KPMG.
In his new role, Zuber will lead efforts to adopt best practices throughout the firm and will serve on the U.S. strategic investments committee, KPMGÂ said Tuesday.
Steven Hill, U.S. vice chair of strategic investments, said Zuber brings experience in team building and execution from his various leadership roles as he will work to help drive firmwide knowledge management initiatives.
Zuber, who has been with KPMG since 1988, is also a team member of the company’s tax executive leadership group.
“In a high-performance, knowledge-driven culture, this is an exciting time for the firm as we implement innovative methods to collaborate and turn knowledge into value for our clients and employees,†Zuber said.
The Morganville, N.J., native is a graduate of Kutztown University’s accounting program and earned his master’s degree in taxation from Villanova University.
