ScienceLogic and Data Tactics have partnered to deliver an integrated analytics platform for government and intelligence agency users to monitor clustered data infrastructures.
The alliance combined ScienceLogic’s information technology management software and Data Tactics’ Big Data Engine platform to help organizations manage IT applications, ScienceLogic said Wednesday.
“Many of our federal government customers require a rich analytic platform in support of their business and mission intelligence in a big data offering,” said chief technology officer of Data Tactics.
David Link, ScienceLogic co-founder and CEO, said the product integration seeks to address the challenges of big data adoption.
The Data Tactics BDE product is based on the NoSQL Hadoop architecture and works to analyze and process massive datasets from structured and unstructured sources.
ScienceLogic says its IT monitoring tool features real-time dashboards, a unified code base and resource mapping technology.
