Northrop Grumman has been selected to provide an analytics module from the company’s real-time collaboration tool offering to Dubai Air Navigation Services.
The company’s ARC software product is developed for terminal and airfield operators to manage passenger flow and allocate resources, Northrop said Wednesday.
Mark Green, strategy and ATM development lead at Serco DANS, said Dubai International intends for the Northrop-built systems to manage the growing volume of passengers.
ARC is designed to perform historical analysis and display real-time data of airport performance through the analytics module.
“We are delighted to be able to work with Dubai Air Navigation Services and Serco on this exciting opportunity,” said Charles Houseago, managing director of Northrop’s airport systems group, which builds the ARC tool.
