The U.S. Navy and Virginia-based small business First Line Technology have signed an exclusive license agreement that authorizes the company to manufacture a Navy-patented decontamination technology for warfighters and first responders. Huntington Ingalls Industries has won a potential $21.4 contract from the U.S. Navy to perform modernization, repair and maintenance work on the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Ramage.
