CDM Smith has secured a potential $33M contract modification to provide utilities engineering and management services at Naval Facilities Engineering Command installations worldwide. The company will also provide utility master plans, modeling, life cycle and safety hazard analysis, relay coordination, design, documentation, process development, organizational evaluation, risk assessment, training as well as creation of preventive maintenance plans, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
