ECS has promoted John Heneghan to chief operating officer (COO) and Giles Kesteloot to chief strategy officer (CSO) in an effort to enhance company performance and speed up growth. Peter Davidson, who previously served as an executive at Verizon Communications and general counsel at the Department of Commerce, has joined Intelsat as vice president of global government affairs and policy.
