Dan Jablonsky, president and CEO of Maxar Technologies, has said the company aims to build a platform to help NASA astronauts reach and explore the moon's surface, The Denver Channel reported Wednesday. Westminster, Colo.-based Maxar will produce and demonstrate the first element of the space agency's lunar Gateway station under a potential $375M contract awarded in May.
