The General Services Administration has purchased an information technology management platform from CorasCloud in an effort to fulfill various compliance and regulatory needs.
CorasCloud will provide an enterprise-wide license of its EnLight offering to more than 17,000 users, CorasCloud said Tuesday.
“IT is constantly challenged to meet the needs of customers and deliver quality service while balancing shrinking budgets, congressional mandates, external oversight, and the constant pressure and culture of doing more with less,†said Jim Benson, CorasCloud’s chief visionary officer.
EnLight offers a way to address these obstacles by providing an integrated environment designed to break down the risk and cost issues associated with IT decision-making, he added.
EnLight consolidates various IT management functions such as budget formulation, budget execution, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, governance and performance management.
