Verizon Enterprise Solutions plans to expand its channel program into Europe in tandem with an initiative to grow its U.S. program in order to help channel members offer the company’s products to a wider range of customers.
The telecommunications company said Wednesday that this is the first time that channel partners in Europe can team up with Verizon to offer a range of strategic communications and intelligent networking products around the world.
Through its Partner Program, Verizon aims to provide services to channel providers such as SOVA, TeleDomani, Fiberlink and Teleran.
“With a focus on better serving the needs of our clients we are expanding our Partner Program so that enterprises can take advantage of Verizon’s next-generation services portfolio through an integrated approach to service delivery,” said Janet Schijns, Verizon’s vice president of medium business and channel.
Since the program’s reintegration in early 2013, Verizon has increased its membership base by 145 percent.
“Whether teaming with Verizon directly, indirectly or as a hybrid, we are enabling clients to simplify how they consume communications and IT services in a way that best meets their needs,” Schijns said.
Verizon plans to expand its Partner Program into regions such as Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
