Talkdesk has secured a key certification from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program for the government edition of its artificial intelligence-powered customer experience platform.
Tiago Paiva, the company’s CEO, said in a statement Thursday that the FedRAMP authorization enables more government agencies to implement Talkdesk CX Cloud Government Edition.
“This designation unblocks lengthy procurement motions and allows any agency to leverage Talkdesk’s modern, yet secure, cloud-based CX platform to accelerate enhanced citizen service, while maintaining stakeholder trust, security, and compliance,” the executive commented.
FedRAMP authorization is handed to commercial cloud technologies that meet the government’s stringent standards and requirements for cybersecurity.
