Carahsoft Technology has entered into a new partnership to distribute Torq’s hyperautomation platform, which is designed to automate, manage and monitor security operations center responses at machine speed, to the public sector.
The platform leverages advanced natural language processing to initiate and accelerate the investigation, triage and remediation of security events, allowing it to deliver comprehensive case management capabilities and automate complex workflows, Carahsoft said Thursday.
Enhancing Public Sector Cyber Resilience
The platform also allows security analysts to focus on high-impact initiatives by improving alert management and response efficiency.

Public sector agencies can acquire the platform through Carahsoft’s reseller partners, NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, The Interlocal Purchasing System, National Association of State Procurement Officials ValuePoint, E&I Cooperative Services Contract and The Quilt contracts.
