Sensible Solutions and Technologies Inc. has closed its purchase of Invex Technology Solutions and ITIC’s government support services for an undisclosed sum as part of a push to broaden its presence within the intelligence community.

SSATI said Thursday the transaction expands its reach to new government customers in the IC and national security community and enables it to provide career opportunities for its workforce.
“The combination of our organizations strengthens our ability to provide services to SSATI’s customer base. Our technical workforce stands ready to support our government customers,” stated Don Brinkley, executive vice president of SSATI.
Offit Kurman acted as SSATI’s legal counsel in the transaction.
In August 2024, SSATI acquired Data Sync Technologies, a provider of knowledge management and data analysis support, to advance its IC expansion efforts.
What Does SSATI Do?
Founded in 2003, SSATI is an IT service provider specializing in contract work with federal and defense agencies. It offers software development and system integration support to customers.
The Maryland-based company leverages its cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud, natural language processing, high performance computing, and transition and decommissioning capabilities to support government clients.
