Booz Allen Promotes 4 Industry Executives to New Leadership Roles - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Booz Allen Hamilton has promoted Rebecca McCall, a 20-year company veteran, to senior vice president and named industry leaders Donald Polaski, Cora Murphy and Tucker Moore to VP roles.

McCall, Polaski, Murphy and Moore announced their new positions at the McLean, Virginia-based technology consulting firm through separate LinkedIn posts published Tuesday.

Rebecca McCall

McCall has over two decades of business leadership experience with a focus on advancing the development of tech platforms to advance mission outcomes across the federal government.

She most recently served as a VP at Booz Allen.

The Virginia Tech graduate joined the firm in 2004 as a chief engineer and program manager for a large research and development contract with a U.S. government customer.

Earlier in her career, McCall served as a software release manager for VoIP software offerings at Nortel.

Donald Polaski

Polaski is a leader within Booz Allen’s national security sector focused on developing artificial intelligence and data science platforms.

Before taking on the VP role, he was a principal/director at the management consulting firm, where he also served as chief scientist, senior lead technologist and lead engineer.

He previously served as a bioinformatics analyst at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and research physicist at Praxis.

Cora Murphy

Murphy brings to the VP role over two decades of experience in the public sector, spanning IT modernization, digital, systems engineering, cybersecurity, hardware and policy initiatives.

Prior to her promotion, she was a principal at Booz Allen. 

Her industry career included time serving as SVP at Evermay Consulting Group, director at Capgemini Government Solutions and senior manager at Salient CRGT.

Tucker Moore

Moore most recently served as a principal director at Booz Allen. In this capacity, he was responsible for capture and growth initiatives for the science and technology, operations directorate and defense counterproliferation market.

He joined Booz Allen in 2015 after serving as director of ISR flight testing at Leidos.

The University of Virginia graduate previously served as a systems engineering manager at TASC and ballistics engineer at DuPont.
