Google Agentspace, a platform that provides artificial intelligence-enabled search capabilities and agents to enterprise customers, has received high authorization from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
The FedRAMP certification makes Agentspace available to public sector organizations, Google said Friday. The service is currently offered on Google Cloud’s Assured Workloads on a per-user arrangement.
AI Capabilities for Government Agencies
Agentspace for government agencies includes an initial set of capabilities enabling users to access AI agents, Google Search and Gemini. Google plans to deploy additional features with the service, such as new connectors, actions and built-in agents, to bolster the power of agentic AI for government agencies.
Boosting Employees Productivity
Using Vertex AI Search and Gemini models, Agentspace makes information readily discoverable across an organization, empowering employees and boosting their productivity. According to Google, it is the first FedRAMP agentic system that is connected to customers’ enterprise knowledge, allowing employees to search and find the information they need at the right time and address concerns accurately.
The Agentspace capabilities are accessible through the latest Gemini multi-modal AI assistant version. Google said users can start engaging with AI agents by chatting with their documents, website, and third-party data and systems.
