Chronos Operations, a Chenega subsidiary, has been chosen by the Business Innovation Services Department to provide it with information technology and agile transformation support under a subcontract.
The award covers Agile IT modernization capabilities for the IT Program and Project Management initiatives of the BISD, which supports the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation of the Department of Labor, Chenega Mios said Friday.
Under the subcontract, Chronos Operations will assign personnel to assist in the transition to agile practices of the following BISD divisions: Corporate Management Services Division, Financial Management Services Division, Participant Management Services Division and Shared Business Services Division.
Selected personnel will use agile sprints and prioritize backlogs to complete specific projects aimed at helping the divisions achieve agile transformation and gain enhanced capability to deliver vital IT modernization projects.
