Precision Talent Solutions has launched Career Concierge, a consulting service for professionals within the government contracting sector who seek to enhance the trajectory of their careers.
PTS said in a press release received by Executive Mosaic on Tuesday that Career Concierge comes in two packages — Career Compass and Career Navigator.
In Career Compass, PTS teams will work to bolster a customer’s personal brand. The package includes enhancements to one’s resume, the optimization of one’s LinkedIn profile and the provision of custom marketing materials.
Career Navigator includes Career Compass but also comes with career brainstorming, a leadership assessment and coaching sessions.
Under Career Concierge, PTS is also offering outplacement services to companies undergoing reorganization or layoffs and are seeking to support their employees as they transition to new career opportunities within GovCon.
Commenting on the new career consulting service, PTS cofounder and President Jake Frazer said he and his organization understand the challenges faced by professionals in the GovCon industry, noting that, “With Career Concierge, we aim to provide comprehensive support at every stage of our clients’ careers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.”
