TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 4, 2020 — ASGN (NYSE: ASGN) has moved to integrate the Blackstone Federal business it recently acquired for $85M cash into its ECS subsidiary's enterprise solutions group, GovCon Wire reported Jan. 28.
Blackstone Federal — which has provided technical support to the Department of Homeland Security over the past 18 years – earned $44M in 2019 revenue and is projected to experience a 10 percent sales growth for 2020, ASGN said Jan. 27.
The Arlington, Va.-based business joins ECS' enterprise solutions group, which offers digital services in the federal market, as a result of the deal.
