Raytheon’s integrated defense systems business has received a $74.7M contract to provide the U.S. Navy with design agent engineering services for amphibious transport dock ships.
The company will support the network user systems and corresponding networks that connect operational landing platform/dock vessels, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Services will address maintenance, fleet sustainment, configuration, development, testing, troubleshooting and overall management needs of active landing dock networks and connected systems.
Work will take place in San Diego; Norfolk, Va.; and Mayport, Fla., through December 2024.
The Navy will initially obligate $689.6K in fiscal 2020 funds allotted for operations and maintenance. Naval Surface Warfare Center issued the sole-source contract.
