The Virginia Contracting Activity has released a draft request for proposals on a potential five-year contract that will cover intelligence support services to U.S. Central Command.
VACA said Friday in a FedBizOpps notice it seeks a contractor to perform analysis, indications, warning, application and dissemination efforts to help Centcom’s intelligence directorate plan, assess and execute missions.
The command also needs support to manage intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations, as well as information technology platforms.
Responses to the presolicitation notice are due Jan. 7.
The government expects to release a formal solicitation document by Feb. 15 and evaluate offerors based on cost proposal, technical capacity, security, past performance, small business participation.
