Blue Prism has announced the availability of its robotic process automation software to federal agencies through the General Services Administration’s Information Technology Schedule 70 procurement vehicle.
The company said Wednesday its technology employs artificial intelligence, machine learning, sentiment analysis and intelligent automation methods intended to help government customers automate business processes.
Jim Fawcett, vice president of Blue Prism’s government solutions group, said the IT Schedule 70 vehicle can make it easier for federal customers to access the company’s software product.
RPA is designed to manage help desk, finance, human resources functions to allow the human workforce to focus on other assignments.
A Blue Prism business supports RPA deployment efforts across the public sector with industry partners such as Accenture‘s federal services arm, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, EY and IBM.
