Women in Technology Org Names 2017 Leadership Award Finalists

The Falls Church, Virginia-based Women in Technology organization has unveiled the nominees in all nine categories of its annual leadership awards, which recognize prominent female professionals across Washington’s technology sector.

WIT said Thursday it will announce recipients of the 18th Annual Women in Technology Awards at a ceremony to be held May 11 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Reston.

“This year’s WIT Leadership Award finalists have been chosen from the largest pool of entries we’ve had to date and represent some of the most accomplished women in the Washington region technology industry,” said WIT President Kathryn Harris.

“The diversity of companies and skills represented reminds us that there are numerous paths to success and diverse industries touched by technology,” Harris added.
