Health Net Federal Services has received a certification from BenchmarkPortal in recognition of the company’s work to improve its call center operations.
“The BenchmarkPortal Center of Excellence certification demonstrates Health Net Federal Service’s commitment to complement the military’s health care system and help ensure we are performing at our highest capabilities and delivering exceptional service,†Billy Maynard, president of Health Net Federal Services, said Thursday.
The Arlington, Virginia-based firm has earned the distinction for three consecutive years for the call centers, which were evaluated based on a database of quantitative and objective data gathered and validated by BenchmarkPortal from various contact centers.
Health Net Federal Services runs the call centers with PGBA, which offers services to providers and beneficiaries of the Tricare military healthcare program in the North Region.
The company also announced that it has earned full Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Privacy reaccreditation from URAC for its compliance with the nonprofit accrediting organization’s standards for the delivery of health care services.
