Deborah “Deb” Dunie and Thomas O’Toole, formerly executives at CACI International and United Continental Holdings respectively, have joined the board and directors at Alliant Energy as directors.
Alliant said July 27Â Dunie will serve on the compensation and personnel committee and the safety, environmental, policy and operations committee.
O’Toole will be part of the audit committee and the safety, environmental, policy and operations committee.
Prior to Alliant, Dunie was CACI ’s executive vice president and chief technology officer and O’Toole was a senior VP and chief marketing officer and president of United Continental’s MileagePlus.
“Deb’s proficiency in the cybersecurity and IT areas and Tom’s proven business leadership and marketing experience will make them valuable board members,†said Patricia Kampling, Alliant Energy chairman, president and CEO.
Dunie previously held leadership roles at the Defense Department, Oracle, Raytheon, the former Martin Marietta, General Electric and ITT before she joined CACI.
She joined Science Applications International Corp.’s board of directors in 2015.
O’Toole previously served as chief marketing officer at Hyatt Hotels Corp. for more than 13 years.
