ICF International has received certifications from the International Organization for Standardization for the company’s quality management systems.
ICF’s Europe and Asia group attained ISO 9001: 2008 certifications, ICF said Friday.
The company’s entities need to assess systems and processes, record business procedures, train staff in the entire contract life cycle, comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and apply quality management systems.
“Increasingly, public and private sector clients are requesting ISO 9001 certification at multiple stages of engagement,” said Paul Harris, a senior vice president for ICF and division lead for Europe Policy.
